

I don’t know what possessed me to buy drum sticks. I am not a fan of bone in chicken. Mostly because I don’t like all the grisel and veins you run into while eating it. Anyway I used the left over seasoning from my chicken tenders. I put them in the air fryer to cook.



I mixed spinach and more rice caulifower. The last of what I had left to make a nice little veggie mix. I added butter, sea salt and pepper

Extra lunch items are always the usual BBQ pork rinds and sugar free jello.
