Yello! Back again with another update. I wasn’t fully feeling better last week. So I only went to the gym once last week. I don’t feel bad about it. Except for I could tell I already couldn’t life the same amount of weight that I did the weeks before I got sick. I’m just going to push for three times this week. But, I lost weight still so BAM!! I’ll take it.


Neck: 13

Chest: 38.5

Right Arm: 15

Left Arm: 15.5

Waist: 31.5

Hips: 47

Right Thigh: 25

Left Thigh: 25

Right Calf: 17

Left Calf: 17

Weight: 210.4

  • KIK
  • Drink more water
  • Wheat Grass again.
