We are heading into the second monthly update! So you know what means…more body pics. I made it to the gym all three times this week. I’m so proud of myself and I made it over my plateau. Which let’s be honest was muscle gain. I don’t consider that a bad thing. But, I do think the addition of jogging to my cardio, instead of the elliptical was a way better decision.
